Some people take a decade to find their voice. Others take a lifetime. Some never find their voice. For me, the freedom to voice my thoughts is vital for me to thrive. In my opinion this is the best gift that my parents could have ever given to me.

Often times I joke with my parents and I tell them, ” I am a product of my genetic gene pool, it’s not my fault I am the child of two journalists”. Of course this comment is often met incredulous laughter and eye rolling but that is besides the point.

I want to encourage to you to take the time to share your thoughts with friends, colleagues and even frenemies.

I recognize  that we are all overworkedover exposed and over stimulated today but if you liked this article, consider liking it and sharing it with a friendfamily member, colleague, hater or frenemy!
